The sixth day of the Grand Australian Ride starts at Port Augusta in South Australia and ends in Ceduna in South Australia. The route goes through Kimba, South Australia. I faced light rain along the way. The total ride was 467 kms and took 8 hours and 45 minutes approx. It was the longest ride of my life so far. Stopped for fuel in Port Augusta, just when i started and then in Kimba during the break and finally fuelled up in Ceduna, where i finished. I stopped at “The Big Galah” which is a big bird sculpture. Also, in Kimba i saw “Halfway Across Australia” Sign. Apparently, Kimba is at the half way point of Australia. Finished in Ceduna and had Veggie Burger at the Petrol Station.
