Start: Sydney, New South Wales     Finish: Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

Date: 13th June 2022      Distance: 346 kms     Weather: Freezing      Time Taken: 10 Hours 15 Minutes      Terrain: Green Vegetation     Road: Straight Road

After having a rest day and spending time with family I am fully refreshed to get going. My sister prerana joined me on this patch. My family was in a car long the route as well. After crossing the city we go onto A1 and reached our first stop Bald Hill. Popular for paragliding, as it was a nice sunny day we saw quite a lot of them. From there the sea cliff bridge was also visible. Then rode on the sea cliff bridge to get to a cafe in Scarborough to have lunch. After lunch at a headed towards Wollongong we headed for Robertson via Albion Park. Non stop Steep and twisty roads. Prerana had a fall. Bike fixed at Robertson. Stopped at the big potato and then at Goulburn Marino. By the time we reached the Merino it was nearing 5pm. As we got onto the Federal Highway we started feeling the freezing air. The ride is very scenic with beautiful lake views but it was very cold and also started getting dark. The traffic was also quite heavy on this patch. When we arrived at Canberra Prerana was in a bad state. Braving the freezing winter chills on a Harley with exposed hands with summer gloves. We got reunited with rest of the mob. Arrived at apartment and finally got into a nice warm environment. Ordered in Indian food for dinner.
